Shipping policy

Estimated delivery time and cost vary by location.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your item as production and delivery times have been made irregular by unexpected delays due to COVID-19.

Preorders will take 4-6 weeks for production to finish, then will be shipped out.

Am I responsible for duty and/or customs fees?

The receiver is responsible for all customs taxes and fees that may apply to international shipments.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday; excluding public holidays. Please be aware of national holidays during which our offices may be closed.

What information is required for online orders?

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have left our warehouse.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, bots, scammers, resellers or distributors.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of the dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the world there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final, unless on the rare occasion you receive a product you did not order. In that case, please initiate a domestic return by contacting DaybyDayATX@gmail.com within FOURTEEN (14) days of purchase. We will send you a return label.
